Subject of research is finding out of basic sides of pharmacotherapeutic efficiency of preparations for treatment of chronic heart failure and also chemical burns of esophagus. Research purpose is clinically and pathogenetic expedience of the use of the preparations with metabolic types action at chronic heart failure and chemical burns of esophagus. It is in-process well-proven that the cardioprotect effect of Lipoflavone and its combinations with Acelyzine is grounded by possibility of preparations to warn forming of widespread membranopathy, renewal correlation of components of the adenylnucleotide system, modification of activity of enzymes, correction of metabolic lactoacidosis and stabilizing of energetic homeostasis on the whole. Findings can serve as experimental ground for optimization of the pharmacotherapy of the heart failure, and also for expansion of indication to application of Lipoflavone in a clinic. It is well-proven by clinical researches, that including of Thiotriazolin in the complex treatment of the of patients with the chemical burns of esophagus is renewal of disbalance of oxidizing homoeostasis in the organism of the suffered. The medical and social researches of the life's quality dynamics of the patients with the chemical burns of esophagus showed a very high efficiency of the offered method of pharmacotherapy in the plan of acceleration of social adaptation and dynamics of rehabilitation. Materials of researches are inculcated in an educational process on the departments of general and clinical pharmacology of higher educational establishment of Ukraine and in the work of the department of thoracal surgery of the Lugansk regional clinical hospital.
