There are welding and soldering of samples with modified surfaces was held in NUS and, in conjunction with The E.O. Paton EWI, was investigated the formation of layers and welded joints both at modified surfaces without doping and with doping by zirconium. It is shown that the modification of surfaces with use of compression plasma flows (PPC) promotes localization of plastic deformation and metal recrystallization in the seam area, which provides activation of surfaces and volumetric interaction, but also reduces the DW mode options, including temperature, compared with the recommended in the literature. Studies have shown prospects for use of HPF for heat-resistant nickel alloys surfaces doping to form thin layers of solder directly on the surfaces that connect. Alloy layer acts as a solder and promotes the structural stresses and plastic deformations development, which provide recrystallization and formation of common grains in the seam. The small thickness of doped layer improves homogeneity of the metal by diffusion processes. It was established that HPF is the efficient way to modification and doping of onnected surfaces. Surface finishing by HPF contributes to the activation of surfaces, to forming of quality joints at lower DW and soldering with pressure mode options, to simplification of existing and to development of new prospective technologies.
