The aim is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations, guidance on solving assessment, analysis and management of competitiveness of industrial products. In the course of the study were used general scientific methods: system analysis, the method taxonometric evaluation; morphological analysis and synthesis, the method of analysis of hierarchies, ABC analysis and factor analysis. As a result of research developed and improved conceptual framework of the competitive relationship substantiated and investigated components of organizational and economic mechanism of competitiveness, an approach to product management, based on a comparison of the level of its internal market and competitiveness, developed proposals for the allocation of the key success factors in planning product development , formed the approach to the competitiveness of the product through the use of motivational mechanism. The value of this research is to use the results to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. The results have theoretical significance and further development of the theoretical foundations of competitiveness management of industrial products.
