The purpose of the work is to increase the radiation safety of the cyclotron isotopes' production and their application for the diagnosis by positron emission tomography (PET - Technology), to increase the licensing and supervisory activities by establishing certain safety demands and criteria for performing the activities in this area.This report is developed in the framework of the second (concluding) stage of the work in the development of the safety demands and criteria for performing the activities in the isotopes' cyclotron production and their usage for the diagnostics by positron emission tomography method (PET - technology safety demands).The developed safety demands as to the cyclotron isotopes' production and their usage for the diagnostics by positron emission tomography method will ensure appropriate radiation protection level while performing the activities in the isotopes' cyclotron production and their usage for the diagnostics by positron emission tomography method under the conditions the licensee will follow them.
