The object of research: human breast cancer cells MCF-7 in monolayer and spheroid growth and T-lymphocytes (line MT-4 cells in T-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia human donor T-lymphocytes). The aim of the study was to examine the state of performance demonstrations epithelial cells genesis model microspheroid as tissue micro-region, demonstrate or tumor progression or differentiation of tissue. The generation of microspheroids was performed under standard conditions and in conditions of cell cytokine microenvironment. Objectives of the study was to compare the cellular models of the following indicators: proliferative potential and adhesive qualities, dividing cells in the cell cycle, the level of nitric oxide production by cells, and the expression of estrogen receptor in the control and under the influence of T-lymphocytes. As a result of the work was created range of indicators monitoring the status of the cell population in models of monolayer and spheroid growth without the influence of external factors and the presence of cytokine. Cell morphology characteristics are fixed, proliferation, survival, adhesion, cell division, and the adhesive on the suspension fraction, cell cycle in 2-D and 3-D cultures, and the level of intracellular nitric oxide and the expression of estrogen receptors in the control conditions, in the presence of T- lymphocytes.
