A mathematical model of the process of removal of suspended solids in the water clarifying centrifuge is developed. The reliability of the model is confirmed by experimental studies. Rational parameters of the device, rational scheme of the flow organizing and flushing parameters of membrane plant are substantiated. Developed a method of calculating the basic parameters of the ultrafiltration - growth over time of pressure loss and reducing of productivity. The efficiency of clarifying centrifuges with cylindrical inserts for pretreatment of water was investigated. A method to determine the required degree of pretreatment was developed. The possibility of treatment of circulation flow and water after flushing the membrane ultrafiltrationin plant in clarifying centrifuges were investigated. Recommendations for the calculation and use of the device for cleaning water for drinking needs of rural settlements are developed.
