Methods of research are: comparison analysis, induction, deduction, synthesis, method of sociological research, analytical-statistical and graphic analytical methods. The scientific novelty of the work consists in working out of scientifically grounded measures, directed to elimination of problems which hinder activation of entrepreneur activities and self-employment of persons with invalidity in Ukraine.
