The aim of the study is to investigate trends efficient use of productive capacity of agricultural processing enterprises, taking into account regional economic conditions. Methods: Dialectical and abstract logic, monographic, Economics and Statistics, the method of SWOT-analysis, correlation and regression, graphical, method of fuzzy logic, and others. As a result of the study obtained the following results: developed an innovative organizational model of efficient use of production capacity of enterprises; predicted the development of industrial and business processing enterprises based on the theory of fuzzy logic; the strategy of implementation of productive capacity of processing agricultural enterprises in a competitive environment that will improve the efficiency of utilization of productive capacity. Stated in the scientific results enable to carry out a set of measures to improve the efficiency of utilization of productive capacity of processing plants, they can also be the basis for solving theoretical and methodological problems of resourcing, organization and management in the agricultural processing industry in general.
