With increasing of temperature fatigue increases.Liquid metal environment reduces fatigue life of steels. The eutectic melt effects more negative impact. In particular, for steel C-13Cr the number of cycles to failure in the eutectic decreases in 10 times. With an increasing of strain amplitude (from 0.5% to 0.8% and 1.0%), a decrease in the number of cycles to failure more than two orders of magnitude is observed. The effect of lead melt is less than eutectic, although it is comparable. For steel 12C-18Cr-10N-Ti embrittlement effect of liquid metal environment is less significant.
