As a result of performance of the work new principles and technical solutions for creation of the thermal control systems on heat pipes for two classes of scientific devices are developed. A new principle of function and technical solution is offered for the thermal control system on the gas regulated heat pipes for scientific devices, not having own heat generation and working in the conditions of deficit of energy consumption of space vehicle, due to the sun radiation is grounded and developed. It allows to achieve the stabilization of devices temperature in the range of 280 - 300 K (at the passive regulation) at external disturbances, including the changes of solar constant from the Earth orbit to the Mars orbit, temperatures of mounting places of devices and orientation of space vehicle to the Sun. A new principle scheme of the autonomous passive radiation thermal control system on the heat pipes with variable heat conductivity (thermodiodes) for the low-temperature radiation receivers, functioning at permanent illumination by the Sun, is grounded and developed. The given system allows to stabilize the temperature of receivers at the temperature level of 233 K at external disturbances, namely solar constant and temperatures of mounting places.
