Hydromechanical part (ГМЧ) of the system of automatic control, control and diagnostics (САУ) of engine of ТВ3-117ВМА-СБМ1В of 1 series consists of pump-regulator of НР3000 and regulator of frequency of rotation of free turbine of РО3000. (ГМЧ САУ) must provide the capacity of (САУ) of engine both at a control by his electronic part (ЭЧ САУ) and in case of falure (ЭЧ САУ). At engine control from (ЭЧ САУ) (ГМЧ САУ) should carry out the following functions: - food of knots of the engine and (САУ) fuel of a high pressure; - (ЭЧ САУ) connection to engine control when giving on the electromagnetic "Селектор" valve of the НР3000 aggregate of tension 27 V; - dosage of fuel in a combustion (КС) of engine chamber on the analog commands of (ЭЧ САУ); - distribution of fuel on the collectors of sprayers of engine; - delivery of (ЭЧ САУ) to information about the current expense of fuel in (КС) of engine; - fuel interruption of supply in engine (KС) on the (ЭЧ САУ) discrete team or from a cabin of the pilot, and also at control lever installation by an emergency brake on the НР3000 unit in the situation "Oстанов"; - control of position of adjustable directing devices (РНА) of the compressor of the engine on the (ЭЧ САУ) analog teams; - control of position of relief valves of air (KПВ) of the compressor of the engine on the (ЭЧ САУ) discrete teams; - fine tuning of a reserve control system by the engine under the current values of parameters of the engine; - restriction of the maximum value of physical frequency of rotation of a turbokompressor of the engine. The block of pumps in the HP3000 unit should consist of a pumping step of low pressure and the main cog-wheel pump of high pressure.
