We figured out that duration of washing stage of composite films adsorption method "layer by layer" can be reduced to 2-3 minutes, because during this time there is desorption of weakly bound molecules from the surface of the film takes plase. This reduces the time of deposition of films without any loss of quality by 10 - 20%. It has been shown that solid heterofilms "Semiconductor - polymer", "Semiconductor - polymer - metal" demonstrate FRET transfer of energy that enables to obtain monochromatic luminescence and improve its output.
