The research methods. During the research process there were used the common scientific and special methods of the theory of cognition: retrospective and system analyses and synthesis; statistic and economic analyses were used for research and systematization of theoretical and methodological positions of economic analyses, and the estimation of possibilities of home raw materials' complex development. The results. The Project of raw materials' source forming Strategy for textile and cellulose-and-paper enterprises in Ukraine (for the period to 2020) is created. The special purpose programs of the new types of raw materials development are entered. The complete providing of the domestic enterprises with the high-quality raw material must become the ultimate goal of the Strategy providing.
