Karazin popup.description2 Subject of investigations: nanoparticles on the basis of rare earths, the molecular nanoclusters (liposome vesicles with organic dye), supramolecular hybrid complexes "inorganic nanoparticle - organic dye". Research techniques: spectroscopy of optical absorption, spectroscopy of luminescence exitation, a transmission electronic microscopy, a luminescent microscopy. Original procedures designed and series of luminescent nanoparticles are synthesized. It is shown, that at use liposome nanocontainer and hybrid complexes "inorganic nanoparticle - organic dye", due to nonradiating transfer of electronic exaltation energy (FRET) between several colouring agents, it is possible to implement marking of nanoparticles like of "bar code", or to receive stuffs with the considerable shift of a luminescence from exciting radiation that is very perspective for biological use. Process of a complex formation in system "inorganic nanoparticle - organic dye" is investigated. It is shown, that in water solutions of cationic dye there is a formation of complexes of moleculas of colouring agent with spherical nanoparticles GdYVO4:Eu3+ (d=2nm). It is shown, that nanoparticle GdYVO4:Eu3+ can complex with 5-10 moleculas of colouring agent DiOC2. Research techniques of interaction obtained nanoparticles with living cells are designed. It is shown, that use of a fluorescent labeling of nanoparticles allows to carry out examinations of transport processes dynamics at nanoparticles accumulation in cells.
