Been developed research technology of murine monoclonal antibodies IPO-38, Technical laboratory regulations determining the expression IPO-38 antigen in samples isolated cells and technical laboratory regulations determining antigen expression IPO-38 in tissue samples. Conducted researches of antigen expression level in malignant tumors of different histogenesis, in particular, lymphoid and myeloid forms of leukemia, non-Hodgkin lymphoma and malignant tumors of the central nervous system. Showed a strong heterogeneity investigated cytological and histological variants of malignant tumors by expression of antigen IPO-38. On examples lymphomas of small lymphocytes and tumors of glial origin of varying degrees of malignancy shown that high levels of antigen expression IPO-38 correlates with poor prognosis of the disease. In such a way detection of antigen IPO-38 by help of domestic monoclonal antibodies can be used to assess the degree of malignancy of tumors.
