It is shown that a substantial increase of efficiency can be achieved through the identification and study of optimal technological parameters of melting mode when used in a blast furnace with raw materials of fore casted properties. It is being proposed the technology of sinter making with a lower degree of polymorphism of the bunch, which provides a significant increase in the strength of agglomerate. Agglomerate of ordered mineralogical composition with use of composites of predicted quality permits full machining of sinter with its grains stabilization. In addition, it's being developed a model of raw material metallization in a layer, which forms the basis of production technology of metallic materials with special properties on equipment of existing enterprises. On the basis of theoretical and experimental studies thermal, mass transfer and gas-dynamic regimes of blast furnace operation with use of raw materials with predictable properties, it's been developed a rational way to load, as well as more effective ways to control the flow and thermal state of the blast furnace melting.
