Experimentally power and energy conditions of metal deformation using polycyclic microdeformations by bending and torsion in comparison of conventional wire-drawing at the industrial environment are determined. The appropriate tool flow is identified. The wire produced by the new technology is tested to meet the requirements of the basic standard GOST 3282-74. The metal torsion deformability conditions are defined also as the technological superior lubricants for wire drawing with complex microloading alternating bending and torsion of the metal.
