M., Registration Date 18-02-2013 Organization Institute of molecular biology & genetics popup.description2 The project is dedicated to investigation of molecular mechanisms of regulation of TSC2 tumor supressor activity by studying interactions between tuberin and its new protein partners VBP1 and Psmd2. In result the interaction between TSC2 and VBP1 was confirmed both in yeast cells and in vitro using Pull down assay. Obtained results are a good basis for further more detailed inquiry of studying interactions between these proteins. It could enlighten as mechanism of degradation of tuberin, which is less well understood as broadened our understanding of functioning of TSC2 as tumor suppressor. Taken into account data about the role of TSC2 as pathogenetic factor of development of autosomal-dominant disorder, tuberose sclerosis, and its connection with carcinogenesis and cell differentiation, such investigations has a crucial practical value, because this project is aimed to generate a fundamental knowledge about the role of genes, which are powerful regulators of signal transduct ion of mammal cell and makes a basis for efficient searching of tools for directed action on proliferation of transformed cells.5481 Product Description popup.authors Маланчук Оксана Миколаївна Пальчевський Сергій Станіславович popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
