Experimental results considering the synthesis and crystalline growth of MxHg1-xSe (M - Co,Cr) by solid state re-crystallization technique have been obtained. Complex investigations of electron-microscopic, structural, electronic, gavano-magnetic, thermal electronic, magnetic properties and electro-paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectra on the crystals of mercury selenide with varying concentration of 3d impurities have been performed in the wide temperature range (4.2 - 400 K) at magnetic field of 0-5 T. Low temperature investigations of the Hall mobility and coefficient in the samples of HgSe:Со pointed out the donor behavior, double ionization and hybridization of electronic states of the impurity cobalt atoms in the mercury selenide conduction band. The HgSe:Fe samples exhibited an abnormal Hall effect, caused by spontaneous spin polarization of electronic hybridized states, provided by further theoretical explanation.
