The purpose is to develop a methodology for calculating the need for fertilizers and assessment of projected gross harvest depending on the actual weather and climatic conditions. The research methods are data system analysis, methods of evaluation of weather and climate influence on crop yields, mathematical simulation and statistical processing of the information. The results are the nutrient removal ratios for 1 centner of main production, methods of calculation of fertilizer needs for forecasted gross harvest, methodical approach to assessing the level of projected gross harvest, estimate coefficients of thermal and water resources, grouping yield data for three levels according to the weather coefficients.
