Development of methodological support and electronic base of spectral-time characterizations of Ukrainian and Belorussian remote sensing test sites The purpose of the work is to increase the accuracy of the optoelectronic devices calibration and data validation and reliability of satellite technology by developing a common methodological support as well as creation of the electronic database of spectral-time characteristics of the Ukrainian and Belarusian remote sensing test sites. The research on working capacity of the created electronic database of spectral-time characteristics of the Ukrainian and Belarusian remote sensing test sites and its testing has been carried out. Models are considered, algorithms are described, and demonstration software for pre-processing and statistical classification of precision spectrometric data contained in the electronic database of spectral-time characteristics of the Ukrainian and Belarusian remote sensing test sites is developed.
