Hardware and software of the telescopes ATSU-5 and ATSU-26 (peak Terskol, Russian), were upgraded. Semi-empirical modeling of photospheric and chromospheric layers of active regions during flares and eruptive phenomena was done. Distributions of the temperature and radial velocity in these areas were obtained. Correlation of annual mean values of sunspot magnetic fields with a general magnetic field of the Sun and the Earth was studied. These values when averaged over three years after the maximum of the solar activity was found to correlate well with the duration of the 11-year solar activity cycles. Modeling of polarization of the solar infrared line Si I 1082.7 nm using a three-dimensional model of the magneto-convection showed that magnetograph-like observations of this line are most suitable for the measurement of small-scale magnetic fields larger than 50 G. Phase shift of p-modes of low spatial degrees between the wavelengths of 400 nm and 862 nm was studied. For short periods of time (weeks) this shift was shown to correlate always with the Wolf numbers. Its amplitude significantly exceeds the corresponding amplitudes for the 11-year solar cycle.
