Stability of resistance to a stressors in the cell lines was relatively high, at 57-70%. It was found, that the resistance in induced plants-regenerant were at 46 - 78%. It is shown that low concentrations of mannitol has expressed cytogenetic effect on callus cultures of wheat. It was found that high levels of stress factors causing clastogene effect and turbagene irregularities in the callus cells. A significant increase in the number of aneuploid cells in unresistsnce forms. Klamping chromosomes are more prevalent among chromosomal aberrations. The callus lines resistant to metabolites of G. graminis var. tritici are characterized by significantly lower incidence of cytological abnormalities. This may be a result of the cells that are resistant to one stress factor, exhibit resistance to other stressors. The level of DNA polymorphism of derived cell lines and plants revealed their differences from the original forms of the genetic structure. It is shown at in vitro conditions in the spectrum of the products of DNA amplification calluses and regenerated plants the appearance of amplikon length of approximately 638 bp, which is absent in the original forms. Found that at high level of stress factor expands the range of individual characteristics associated with the presence / absence of specific DNA fragments.
