Aim - to increase the specifity of diagnostics of severe asthma and COPD. Methods - clinical, functional, statistical, additional (questionnaires, ENT-organs inspection, anterior active rhinomanometry, polysomnography). Additional criteria for diagnostics severe asthma and COPD were developed.
