Yanovsky popup.description2 To study the violation levels of interferon, their production and reception in patients with destructive pulmonary tuberculosis with various options mononuclear failure we conducted a comprehensive clinical and immunological study of 40 patients and 30 healthy individuals. In 95 % of cases mononuclear immunological failure: isolated - in 28,2 %, combined - in 71,8 %. Isolated immune deficiency characterized by disturbances in the system of mononuclear phagocytes. In 65,2 % of patients produce gamma interferon when stimulated specific inducer (BCG) has been reduced. The change in density of expression of receptors for interferon-gamma on cells of the immune defense depended on mononuclear failure. Feasibility of prescribing gamma interferon or inducers will depend on changes in the expression of receptors for gamma interferon concentrations in serum and cells of the immune defense response to nonspecific and specific stimulants.
