Purpose - to study the state and defects in the detection of patients with resistant TB. Methods - mathematical, statistical, questioning. The increase for 2009-2010 of MDR TB cases by 3.2 %, re-TB by 11.9 % and deterioration of the structure chemoresistant was shown. Faults of accounting and reporting, of general health care network with risk groups and bacteriological service, untimaly detection of patients show poor state of organization of resistant tuberculosis detection. Conditions of bacteriological service functioning is unsatisfactory for: infrastructure and staff (security 79,0-90,0%, 100.0% lack of quality control),material and technical basis (supply 57,7-88,5%) and collecting terms delivery sputum (not adhere in 3,0-17,3 % regions); do not apply molecular genetic tests, imperfect legislation, inadequate training of specialists.
