For wind turbines with vertical axis of rotation and solar cells developed and investigated by computer simulation the systems of optimal electrical load to ensure maximum extraction of energy from the wind and sun during a change in a wide range of wind speed and solar irradiation. In order to reduce the cost of wind turbines, developed its contra rotor option with contactless energy getting from the generator through a special transformer with a rotating part, which is charged as a function of discrete quasi-optimal regulation. The method of designing a transformer is developed, the mock sample is manufactured and investigated. According to the results of theoretical studies the schematic design is conducted and manufactured the model of multi pole synchronous generator with permanent magnets, and the stand for its research and the blocks the automatic control of wind turbines and solar battery, for which developed and debugged programs of microcontroller control.
