The technique was developed for modification of nanocrystal - quantum dot- biomembrane surface, which allowed monovalent ligand binding. The introduction of additional amino group the 3-hydroflavone derivative was synthesized for covalent attachment of spacer group. The technique for conjugation of quantum dots and obtaining the intermediate synthetic product with the spacer covalently bound to with 3-hydroxyflavone chromophore. In the studies of conjugate of quantum dots with organic dyes the independence of their spectral response was also obtained. The created fluorescent nanohybrids of organic dye and silver clusters were used for the first time as the ligands that bind to the protein (bovine serum albumin).
