Fibrinogen- and fibrin-specific immunosensor chips were developed. An original method for covalent immobilization of specific antifibrin(ogen) monoclonal antibodies on the gold surface of the chip for the SPR spectrometer was proposed. The method of fibrinogen and soluble fibrin determination in human plasma and regeneration conditions for immunosensor chips was developed. The use of fibrin and fibrinogen-specific imunosensor chips allowed the development of a new approach to the study of the molecular mechanism of fibrin polymerization in real time.
