Purpose - to study the antigenic repertoire of papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) and medullary breast cancer (MBC) using the methods SEPRA (serological proteome analysis) and SEREX (serological identification of recombinantly expressed clones). Methods - biochemistry, molecular genetics, genetic engineering, statistics. The analysis of the expression of PTC and MBC antigens using methods of quantitative real-time PCR and immunohistochemistry in tumor samples of medullary breast carcinoma, infiltrating ductal breast carcinoma and lobular breast carcinoma, as well as in non-tumor tissue samples of patients with fibrocystic breast disease was done. Immunoproteom profiling of papillary thyroid cancer cell line ВСРАР and breast cancer MCF7 was performed. The positive clones were sent to the Institute of Biophysics (Moscow, Russia) for identification using mass spectrometric analysis. It was shown that antigens RAD50, HMGN2, RBPJ, PABPC4, BRAP, DEK, LGALS3BP FAM50A are potential diagnostic markers and targets for the treatment of these types of cancers.
