Approbation of new vectors containing genes for tolerance to herbicides for genetic transformation of plants was carried out. Collected samples of rape seed varieties were monitored for the presence of tolerant to glyphosate and phosphinothricin plants. Conditions of cabbage plants regeneration from different explants were found out.
