Kholodny Institute of Botany NASU popup.description2 Data on nuclear (ITS1/5.8"/ITS2 gene) and mitochondrial (12S SSU gene) DNA of 100 lichen specimens belonging to 40 lichen species are obtained. Of them data for 26 lichen species are for the first time submitted for Genbank. Data on 15 monophyletic groups of the crustose lichens of two subfamilies of the family Teloschistaceae are obtained on the basis of phylogenetic analysis after nuclea and mitochondrial DNA data as well as results of morphological, anatomical and biochemical revision of taxa mentioned. Conclusion about possibility of the usage of the genera Pyrenodesmia, Blastenia, Polycauliona, Xanthocarpia is done. Descriptions of some new for science genera of crustose lichens of this family based on monophyletic groups found are in preparation for publication. Five lichen species of the genus Caloplaca (C. coreana, C. chejuensis, C. galbina, C. loekoesii, C. safavidiorum) are described and compared with closely related taxa. A number of taxa which were described at the beginning XX century and hitherto forgotten (Caloplaca diffluens, C. multicolor, C. spodoplaca) are rediscovered and shown to be rather common in South Korea.
