IR spectra indicate the formation of the surface layer of magnetite nanoparticles frame polisyloxane bonds and the presence of the associated functional groups. The presence of amine groups on the level of 1.6-2.2 mmol / g confirmed the results of the acid-base titration. The presence of the surface layer along with methyl amine (or n-propyl) groups improves the sorption capacity of the samples on HSA. The obtained powder retain their magnetic properties and promising for use in medical practice. Hydrolytic reaction cocondensation of tetraetoxysilane with appropriate trifunctional silane to ammonia medium (Shtoeber method) was used for the synthesis of spherical silica particles with different functional groups in the surface layer: hydrophobic fluorine-containing groups, amino and sulfur kompleksotvirnymy groups. It was shown that the size of functionalized particles depends on the geometrical dimensions and basicity of functional groups, order entry components and mixing time of suspension. In addition, some samples were obtained only two stage. It was found that silica spheres with fluoride groups absorb benzene, with amine groups absorb ions of nickel (II) and Cu (II) from their aqueous solutions with thiol groups - ions of silver (I).
