The ecopyrogenesis method, that is proposed, allows in a environmentally safe and power-saving mode fully utilize all the organic portion of solid domestic waste by optimizing the temperature modes of multicircuit circulatory pyrolysis and combining the pyrolysis process without oxygen and gasification process with restricted oxygen. The analysis of physical and chemical bases of plasma-chemical activation of organic waste processing is carried out. The main facilities of organic waste and low rank coal processing are analyzed with the help of ecopyrogenesis technology with alternative fuel and synthesis gas production. The analysis of physical and chemical characteristics of high-powered liquid and gas fuels is carried out. The three-dimensional models of physical and chemical activation processes of organic waste and low rank coal processing are developed and the theoretical research of pyrolysis and gasification processes is made by means of modern computational fluid dynamics methods. The verification of kinetic mechanism of coal oxidation and the research of reactor facilities mode are carried out. The calculation concentration of products sufficiently correspond to the experimental data that means the adequacy of the selected model of chemically reacting flows and the ability to accurately predict the concentration levels of the output products.
