The aim of the work is the formation of functionalized low molecular weight compounds (glutathione) nanoparticles of metals and their approbation. A simple method of immobilization of biologically important molecules with a significant number of functional fragments by ion selective binding of cadmium thiogroup of carboxylic groups on the surface layer modified Au. Biofunctional properties of surface architectures were investigated by surface plasmon resonance on the example of glutathione (GSH), immobilized on the surface of the mixed (a: b from 1:100 to 1:700) monolayers of thiols c terminal methyl groups / hydroxyl (b) and carboxyl (a) types. The process of formation of metal nanoparticles functionalized low molecular weight compounds (glutathione). By using spectrophotometry it was shown that the distribution of particle size and properties changes in time under the influence of adding to a suspension of glutathione. The method of electron microscopy demonstrated the change of morphology of nanoparticles up to their complete destruction. By surface plasmon resonance it was shown the possibility of the interaction modified silver nanoparticles with protein GST.
