The purpose of the research is the improvement of quality training of Maritime University graduates by using modern Internet technologies. On the result for the first time in Ukraine and countries of the Union of Independent States inform-methodical complex was created for monitoring the quality of navigation specialists learning. This complex consists of tests system, program shell "OpenTEST2" (Kharkov University of radioelectronics development), regulated documentation, which installs rules enjoyment of system and three electronic textbooks. The testing system was successfully approbated and proved its validity. It is operating in Academy and its branches. Electronic textbooks may be recommended to use in educational process for the specialized education institution of Ukraine, student independent studying, refresh course and et cetera. The created inform-methodical complex may be offered to market as internet product for countries, which have fleet and use Russian language in educational process.
