Paton Electric Welding Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 We show that the implementation of these passages or hybrid arc welding generally positive effect on the structure and properties of root seam welded by laser method. It improves toughness, hardness and lower achieving favorable metal structure of general relativity. However, explicit positive impact toughness of cast metal laser weld root was found. Combined compound carbon steel obtained by laser welding of root filling joints with subsequent development of hybrid edge or arc method (called Facing seams), usually are heterostructure design, incorporating laser weld metal and heat-affected zone, which is adjacent to it ( including areas that seam and GR subjected to various thermal effects due to heating during welding seams facing) actually metal cladding joints and their zone of thermal influence. Because of varying intensity re-heating at hybrid arc welding or cladding metal laser weld seams and his general relativity can be divided into a number of areas that have significant differences in the structure. This metal central section of the laser weld and its GR heated to relatively low temperatures and almost felt structural transformation. Test Impact bending images of notched metal GR laser weld root combined weld steel type X70 (after thermal influence of cladding welding seams) showed high impact strength up to a temperature of minus 60 grade C (eg, KCV-60 = 232 ... 247 J/cm2). Such strong results due to small size of grains of metal GR and its minimum length, features martensite-austenite mikrosostavlyayuschey and microstructure of the base metal. Charpy cast metal laser weld relatively low (eg, KCV-60 = 39 ... 54 J/cm2), and fracture samples, tested at a temperature of minus 20 grade C and below, had a fragile nature. Relatively low levels of laser weld metal viscosity associated with deterioration of the structural parameters of the metal, resulting in different intensity re-heating the height of the seam.
