A study and analysis of satellite data corresponding ground measurements were done. According to the analysis of groundbased and satellite measurements of physical parameters and the features of the dynamics of aerosol over Ukraine estimations have been obtained. The technique of groundbased remote sensing studies of aerosol in the AERONET network, and the method of comparison of terrestrial and satellite data have been considered.
