A.Romodanov, AMS of Ukraine" popup.description2 Object of development. Rats with model of experimental allergic encephalomyelitis, people with viral inflammatory-degenerative damage of CNS. Subject matter. Influence of fetal hemopoietic (CD34+) and neurogenic (Nest+) cells to course of experimental inflammatory-degenerative injury of CNS, antiviral treatment and immunocorrective therapy to course of human disseminated encephalomyelitis. Aim. Inhibition of demyelinization and acceleration of remyelinization in CNS of rats with EAE by using fetal hemapoietic and neurogenic cells. Improvement of results of treatment of patients with disseminated encephalomyelitis by combined usage of antiviral, immunocorrective, neurosurgical correction of muscle tone. Methods of development: clinical and instrumental; immunological; molecular-biological; morphological; statistic. It was performed an experimentally-clinical development with deep studying of pathogenic chain of inflammatory-degenerative damages of CNS. It was revealed that intravascular injection of suspension of fetal CD34+ cells with further suboccipital injection of Nest+ cells have positive influence on processes of de- and remyelinization in CNS of rats. Proved, that activation of chronic persistent viral infection in part of cases leads to disseminated encephalomyelitis in human, followed by appearance of foci of demyelinization in CNS with appropriate neurological symptoms. Opportune diagnostics with measurement of viral activity, usage of antiviral treatment combined with immunocorective therapy without using hormons and, if needed, with neurosurgical correction of movement disorders significantly decreases intensity of the disease. It fosters restoration of myelin on axons of neurons, prevent appearance of autoimmune state. Area of application - neurosurgery.
