A.Romodanov, AMS of Ukraine" popup.description2 Object of study: infants with intracranial hemorrhages. Objective: To improve diagnostic and therapeutic measures in intracranial hemorrhage in newborns. Methods: clinical-anamnestic, instrumental (NSG, CT, MRI, TKDH) statistical. Results. This paper studied the morphological forms, incidence and clinical manifestations of intracranial hemorrhage in newborns. The factors that contribute to the development of perinatal intracranial hemorrhage in infants, including: history burdened mother, pathology of pregnancy and childbirth, and pathological conditions of the fetus and newborn, including chronic and acute hypoxia and asphyxia, intrauterine infection, prematurity and perenoshenist neonatal arterial hypo-and hypertension in the neonatal period, acidosis, hemocoagulation disorders, complications of treatment and resuscitation in the perinatal period and so on. Developed standardized registration card cases of intracranial hemorrhage in newborns for further statistical processing. Results of treatment of 174 patients with perinatal intracranial hemorrhage who were treated at SI "Institute of Neurosurgery. acad. A.P. Romodanov NAMS of Ukraine" and control "Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology Medical Sciences of Ukraine" in 2000-2011's Data of patients included in the program Microsoft Exel 2006. The diagnostic significance NSG, TKDH, CT, MRI in the diagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage in newborns. A comparative analysis of the treatment of newborns with intracranial hemorrhage using conservative and surgical treatments. On the basis of observations of 174 newborns with perinatal intracranial hemorrhage comparative analysis of the results of treatment, including neurosurgical procedures. These results are compared with the methods of treatment used in neonatal practice. The factors that contribute to the occurrence of intracranial hemorrhage in perinatal infants. The efficiency of external ventricular drainage with closed PIVН III and IV degree, justified its advantages over other methods of neurosurgical treatment (ventriculo- subhaleal drainage, implantation subcutaneus-ventricular reservoirs). The algorithm therapeutic measures depending on the degree PIVН. Product Description popup.authors Гавриш Р.В. Кеворков Г.А. Марушко Т.Л. Марущенко Л.Л. Медведенко Г.Ф. Михалюк В.С. Орлов Ю.О.
