Objective: to define and compare localization, clinical-biological and frequency features of origin and development of the second, metachronous and late metastatic tumors, and also temporal changes of risk of their appearance. Material and methods: methods of parametric and non-parametric statistics, technology of search of the hidden knowledge, actual calculations. Theoretical and practical results – The statistical analysis of 288 cases of second tumors of 15 nosological forms was performed and new knowledges about their appearance based on the characteristics of the first tumor, the characteristics of the organism-tumor-carrier and schemes of treatment of the first of the disease were obtained. The correctness of the domestic terminolagic system in the area of the second and further malignant tumors was evaluated. Novelty – For the first time the database was created, which consists of 23 of the basic and 59 reference tables, and represents more than 160 different characteristics of the course of the disease, treatment and long-term effects of cancer. For the first time the concept was developed, the electronic archive of the histories of a disease providiy multifactor multinosologic analysis of remote consequences of antineoplastic treatment was created.
