Information × Registration Number 0213U000122, 0111U010159 , R & D reports Title To carry out experimental study of radioprotective properties of modified thiol compounds. popup.stage_title Head Uzlenkova N.E., Registration Date 17-01-2013 Organization Grigor'ev Institut for Medical Radiology popup.description2 Object of research - radioprotective properties synthesised S-geteril modified tiols. Research objective - to estimate radioprotective properties of the synthesised connections created on the basis of S-geteril modified tiol (S-geteril replaced cisteine). Methods of research and equipment - radiobiological, biochemical, histologic, statistical. Equipment - x-ray installation RUМ-17, universal dosimeter UNIDOS, the analyzer biochemical Express Plus, a microscope “Axiolab”, object-micrometer, scales analytical. Theoretical and practical results - on model of sharp radiating defeat it is established radioprotective activity of connection КМ-51 of some S-geteril replaced tiols at introduction in a dose of 25 mg/kg in a mode for 40 mines to an irradiation in the absorbed dose 7,0 Gr on indicators of increase of survival rate to 85 % (factor of protection 0,81), average life expectancy till 15,5 days, decrease in frequency of development gemoragic syndrome in 2,4 times. In modelling experiences with an iks-irradiation in vitro in doses 44,2 і 60,0 Gr and use ferrosulfat dosimetric system high antiradical activity of connection КМ-51 in concentration 0,02 - 0,05 mg/ml has been shown. Novelty - is spent for the first time an experimental estimation radioprotective activity of a new class of chemical compounds of some S-geteril modified tiol. Application sphere - radiobiology, radiating medicine. Product Description popup.authors Кондрашова О.І. Куров А.М. Нікітін М.І. Пасюга В. Узлєнкова Н.Є. popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
