High antimicrobial activity of Me/SiO2 materials with very low content of silver and copper (0.004 - 0.02% Ag, 0,01 -1% Cu) with respect to the bacteria Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aurous and fungi Candida albicans is revealed, and is seated in line Ag/SiO2> Cu / SiO2> Au/SiO2. It is shown that the antimicrobial activity of silver colloids in the suspension of SiO2 is completely preserved (or even increases slightly) after 1 year of storage at room temperature. The estimation of cyto-and genotoxicity of mono-and bimetallic nanoparticles on Ag and Au in primary cultures of lymphocytes, hepatocytes and Guerin carcinoma cells in vitro is made. The technique of functionalization of gold NPs and composite Au/SiO2 by amino acid tryptophan with varying degrees of conjugation and the magnitude of surface coatings to create nanobiotechnological drugs for diagnosis and treatment of malignant transformed cells. By electron spectroscopy determined the mechanisms of interaction of amino acid with gold NPs as electron transfer and complex formation in solution and on the surface of SiO2.
