The experimental setup for drag and lift forces measurement with a visualization system of propagating perturbations and the algorithm of numerical solution of Navier-Stockes equations were developed in order to carry out physical and theoretical investigation of the boundary layer structure over a deformable surface within a certain range of Reynold's numbers. As a result of the conducted investigations on the development of wave and vortex fields dynamical structure control in the near-wall turbulent flows during their interaction with deformable surfaces the dependences of time and space scales of vortex structures upon the geometrical parameters of the surface are determined.
