Purpose: improvement of existing and development of new methods of estimation of radiation risks at presence of errors in doses. Methods: mathematical, mathematical programming, simulation. Results: Parametric and non-parametric methods of estimation of relative and absolute radiation risks which take into account a presence of classical and Berkson multiplicative and additive errors in the exposure doses are analysed, improved and developed. The parametric and non-parametric regression calibration methods and full maximum likelihood method are researched. It is demonstrated that under the classical multiplicative errors in doses, these methods have relatively small bias of estimators. The unconventional calibration method and method of moments is developed for the estimation of radiation risks with additive errors in the exposure doses. It is demonstrated that these methods are the least biased methods for regression with additive errors in doses.
