Aim: to study indicators of endocrine regulation of bone structures at patients with leukemias which have undergone impact of ionizing radiation due to accident in Chernobyl NPP, and to estimate the course of disease in dynamics of leukemic process. Research methods: clinical, immunological, biochemical, cultural, biophysical, mathematical. Levels of glucocorticoids, thyroid gland and hypophysis hormones at children with acute leukemias are studied and the course of leukemias in dynamics in virue of endocrine indicators, urine aminoacids composition , bone degradation markers, acid-alkaline balance, efficiency of bone marrow fibroblasts colony-forming ability and bone density assessment is estimated.
