Objective of research - development of resource-saving architectural-structural-technological systems rational design methodology for accessible dwelling construction with taking into account the life cycle of residential building. The methods of mathematical and physical modeling and standard experimental investigations were used in the research. The results of scientific based investigations which are aimed at solving the problem of providing the people with accessible dwelling with taking into account the modern tendencies of world community development (sustainable development) which aimed at optimal use of limited resources and ecological nature-, energy- and material-saving technologies. The complex of design and technology solutions, methods and recommendations of residential buildings rational design with taking into account the life cycle which allows reduce the price of erection, maintenance and utilization of buildings. The results of scientific research were used in "Affordable housing" designs for experimental construction: design of multistorey residential building with composite framing for construction in Novomoskovsk city; design of building reconstruction with garret superstructure and thermo-renovation in Dnepropetrovsk city; design of energy-efficient earth sheltered residential building in Yegorino village Dnepropetrovsk region; design of energy-efficient individual residential building with wood frame; design of energy-efficient individual residential building with local materials; design of energy-efficient individual residential building with cold formed steel frame.
