A purpose of work - is creation of economical resourсesaving materials for renewal of details, which provide the increase of their longevity by comparison to a level, which is possessed by analogues, containing a nickel and other dear alloy-ing elements. Research methods - metallography, rentgenostruktural, dyurometrical analysis, test of mechanical properties, tests on an abrasive and impact-abraziv wear, tests on a dry friction, mathematical treatment of results of researches. Job performances - effective low-carbon materi-als for renewal which contain a basic alloying element - manganese are developed. It is set that a metal, surfacing the powder-like ribbons of ПЛ-Нп-15ХГ3Т, ПЛ-Нп-15Г5Т, ПЛ-Нп-15Г8Т, has a martensite structure after high vacation and substantially exceeds a metal, got surfacing the powder-like wire of Пп-Нп-18Х1Г1М, which is widely used after analogical treatment. Warming and self-control in the intercritical interval of temperatures shows the considerable increase of hardness and wearproofness in all of investigational compositions of surfacing metal, that is conditioned a receipt together with the martensite of metastabile remaining austenite which tests in the process of wear of DDMT. Possibility of substantial increase of wearproofness of low-carbon surfacing metal is rotined on Fe-Mn-C to basis due to the leadthrough of cementation which enables to get a mnogofaznuyu martensite-austenitic-carbidic structure and realize DDMT at a ladening, which is not utillized presently. For the different terms of abrasive action and require-ments to resistance of formation of cracks naplavochnye materials are created: ПЛ-Нп-180Х13Г6Т, ПЛ-Нп-180Х13Г8ТБ, ПЛ-Нп-240Х13Г8ТБ, ПЛ-Нп-270Х13Г6ТБ2, ПЛ-Нп-320Х13Г6Б2. The powder-like ribbons of ПЛ-Нп-80Г8Ф, ПЛ-Нп-60Х5Г10Ф and ПЛ-Нп-90Х10Г10Ф , are de-veloped, which allow to get in a surfacing metal the structure of metastable austenite with en-hanceable maintenance of carbon, reinforced carbides. It is important to underline that these sur-facing materials are more technological at surfacing. The created new powder-like wire of Пп-Нп-14Х12Г12СТ is inculcated for renewal of supporting rollers of drums of cooling and pelletizing of chipboard on Ilyich Iron and Steel Works, that allowed to promote their longevity more, than in two times.
