Aim of work : to learn the features of hormonal status, state of mammary glands, lactation, psychoemotional state and biocenosis to the bowels, vagina and breast milk for women from BFCD during the first year after luing-ins under act of the worked out complex of medical and preventive measures. Research methods: clincal, statistic, endocrinology, bacteriological, virologic, ultrasonic, questionnaire-polling. There was the used apparatus: ultrasonic vehicle of G 40 Siemens №303174, fluorometr (ЕФ-ЗМА), meter of Gama-12, photometer of MSR - 1000, sets of tests of firm UBI(THE USA), Equipar (Italy), ГДП ІБОХ НАНБ (Belarus), Immunotech (Czech Republic), sets of "Human - Jl - 6", "Human - Jl - 8", "Human - Jl - 4" Biosorse (USA), "Laxema"(Czech Republic). As a result of researches the high indexes of concentrations of estradiol are set and prolactine during a lactation, violation of microecology to the bowels, psychoemotional tension of women from BBFCD and presence of hypogalactia and short period of the breast rearing. The complex of medical and preventive measures, sent to prolongation of lactation and normalization of hormonal homoeostasis, psychoemotional state and microecology of organism of these women, is first worked out and applied. High efficiency of the worked out complex is shown, that it is represented in normalization and prolongation of lactation and improvement of hormonal balance, microecology of organism of women and regression of by volume of high quality formations in mammary glands from data of USD. Application of the worked out complex in obstetric-gynecological practice does not need considerable charges, assists prolongation of lactation and regress of high quality by volume formations in mammary glands.
