It was determined that allergen-specific immune therapy in children with atopic BA phenotype allows to achieve a long-term remission only after three courses of treatment. The dependency of the immunological and cytomorphological changes from the number of courses of ACIT was determined. The addition of prescription of 'transfer-factor' to the treatment and preventive measures was proven to have positive effect on the natural history of the disease due to the decreasing occurrence of acute respiratory infections which is related to increased production of INF and the parameters of mucose immunity not dependant on phenotype of the disease. High efficiency of treatment with use of 'imunorix' was proven in children with different BA phenotypes. It was also proven that immune modulating influence of 'Imunorix' is linked to increase of macrophagal-lyphocytal component of the cellular content of induced sputum, and concentration of secretal immune globulin A. Shcemes of prescribing differential allergen-specific and non-specific immune therapy incorporated into treatment and preventive measures depending on BA phenotypes in children were recommended for use to medical practirioners.
